I have always thought that was the way it is with Scale75, and not worried about it. Dunno about Scale75 panzer colors, but I own the Flesh paint set - which is great for skin tones and clothing, because it is absolutly lusterless. And there is a second difference. Still, I'm going to expand my Instant Color collection. The last 20 times Csar Vallejo have played Sport Huancayo H2H there have been on average 2 goals scored per game. I find the Scale75 don't thin as well with plain old water. People mainly use it to airbrush but on the bottle it says you can also brush it on. Primer doesn't need full coverage. If you intend to primarily use them with paintbrush, then its a matter of painting style. We are always looking for new and interesting ideas. None of which I need. It also takes a few day to cure. Even if you see brush strokes that is fine, it is just a thin layer for paint to adhere too and the brush strokes won;t be visible once you put paint on top. Like others have said, Scale 75 are great. Some assumptions: 1 i've used cheap synthetic brush 2 i've put 3 drops of each on wet pallet 3 no dilution 4 paint at normal pace but without too much care. Vallejo Air is known to adhere bad to model surfaces and to run away. Consistency and pigmentation of Instant Colors are more comparable to Citadel Shades or Washes from The Army Painters Warpaints range though. So I finally gave in and picked some up. My "first batch" SC75s are gel-like in consistency (some of them) and do not "flow" off the brush with dilluted with just water.
